      长江数字孪生水文站建设实践与思考

      Practice and thinking of construction of digital twin hydrological stations in Yangtze River

      • 摘要: 在新质生产力驱动水利行业变革的背景下,数字孪生技术正成为水文现代化转型的核心引擎。为提升长江流域水文监测预报精准度与水安全保障能力,水文站数智化升级及数字孪生建设具有战略意义。结合长江流域重点水文站建设要求,在数字孪生长江建设的总体框架下,运用物联网、大数据、云计算等现代ICT技术,围绕“全要素感知—智能化应用—社会化服务”主线,系统阐述数字孪生水文站在技术架构、业务创新、能力提升、生态拓展等方面的实践路径,为智慧水利建设提供可复制的“长江方案”,推动了水文服务从单一技术支撑向多元价值创造转型。

         

        Abstract: Against the backdrop of the water conservancy industry being transformed by new productive forces, digital twin technology is emerging as the core engine for the modernization of hydrology.To enhance the accuracy of hydrological monitoring and forecasting in the Yangtze River Basin and strengthen water security safeguards, hydrological station s digital and intelligent upgrading and digital twin construction hold strategic significance.Based on the construction requirements of key hydrological stations in the Yangtze River Basin and within the overall framework of building a digital twin Yangtze River, we employs modern ICT technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and cloud computing.Centering on the main line of full-element perception—intelligent application—socialized service, it systematically elaborates on the practical paths of digital twin hydrological stations in terms of technical architecture, business innovation, capability enhancement, and ecological expansion.It aims to provide a replicable Yangtze River Solution for the construction of smart water conservancy and promote the transformation of hydrological services from single technical support to diversified value creation.
