      长江水生态保护与修复对策及展望

      Countermeasures and prospects for protection and restoration of Yangtze River aquatic ecosystem

      • 摘要: 随着长江流域内经济发展与人类活动的加剧,长江水生态系统面临着退化的严峻形势。为了全面、科学地保护与修复长江水生态环境,系统梳理了长江流域水生态保护与修复的现状、挑战及最新进展,深入分析了多重胁迫因子对长江水生态系统的累积影响,归纳了以环境DNA(eDNA)等技术为代表的水生态监测与评价体系的革新,阐述了水库生态调度、过鱼设施技术、栖息地修复等领域的科学实践与应用成效。在借鉴莱茵河等国际河流治理经验的基础上,探讨构建中国特色生态修复体系的路径,强调长江生态系统的全面恢复依赖于科学驱动、全流域协同与多目标统筹的长期治理框架,旨在实现生态、经济与社会效益的有机统一,从而保障流域的高质量与可持续发展。

         

        Abstract: With the intensification of economic development and human activities in the river basin, the Yangtze s aquatic ecosystem is facing severe degradation.In order to comprehensively and scientifically protect and restore the water ecological environment of Yangtze River, we provides a systematic review of the current status, challenges and recent advancements in aquatic ecological protection and restoration across the Yangtze River Basin.It provides an in-depth analysis of the cumulative impacts of multiple stressors on the Yangtze s aquatic ecosystem and summarizes the innovations in aquatic biomonitoring and assessment systems, particularly those represented by environmental DNA (eDNA) technologies.The paper elaborates on scientific practices and implementation outcomes in areas such as reservoir ecological regulation, fish passage facilities, and habitat restoration.Drawing on international experiences from river systems such as the Rhine, this paper explores pathways toward establishing an ecologically sound restoration framework with distinct Chinese characteristics.It emphasizes that the comprehensive recovery of Yangtze River ecosystem hinges on a long-term governance model that is science-driven, basin-wide, and multi-objective in nature-aimed at harmonizing ecological, economic, and social benefits to ensure high-quality and sustainable development across the basin.
