      数字孪生技术促进智慧水利新质生产力发展研究

      Research on new quality productivity forces development of intelligent water conservancy promoted by digital twin technology

      • 摘要: 面对中国水利行业面临的水资源供需矛盾加剧、极端气候事件频发, 以及传统管理模式存在局限性等挑战,智慧水利作为新质生产力的体现,借助数字孪生技术实现突破。对数字孪生技术和智慧水利的理论基础进行了概述,从新质生产力视角解析智慧水利,探讨其基本内涵、特征及协同增效范式,提出数字孪生技术促进新质生产力发展的路径。以厦门东西溪流域为例,阐述了数字孪生流域在数据底板、模型平台、信息基础设施等方面的应用实践。

         

        Abstract: In the face of challenges such as the intensifying contradiction between water supply and demand, frequent extreme weather events, and the limitations of traditional management models in China s water conservancy industry, intelligent water conservancy, as a manifestation of new quality productive forces, leverages digital twin technology to achieve breakthroughs. This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of digital twin technology and intelligent water conservancy, analyzes intelligent water conservancy from the perspective of new quality productive forces, discusses its basic connotation, characteristics and synergy paradigm, and puts forward the path of digital twin technology to promote the development of new quality productive forces. Taking the Dongxi River Basin in Xiamen City as an example, we introduces the application practice of digital twin basin in data baseboard, model platform and information infrastructure.
