Abstract:
In the face of challenges such as the intensifying contradiction between water supply and demand, frequent extreme weather events, and the limitations of traditional management models in China s water conservancy industry, intelligent water conservancy, as a manifestation of new quality productive forces, leverages digital twin technology to achieve breakthroughs. This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of digital twin technology and intelligent water conservancy, analyzes intelligent water conservancy from the perspective of new quality productive forces, discusses its basic connotation, characteristics and synergy paradigm, and puts forward the path of digital twin technology to promote the development of new quality productive forces. Taking the Dongxi River Basin in Xiamen City as an example, we introduces the application practice of digital twin basin in data baseboard, model platform and information infrastructure.
