      藻渡水库工程安全智能分析预警系统设计与应用

      Design and application of safety intelligent analysis and early warning system for Zaodu Reservoir Project

      • 摘要: 为提高藻渡水库工程的安全监测管理标准化水平,提升安全监测管理效率,以工程安全监测自动化为基础,基于藻渡水库枢纽工程和输水工程的二、三维可视化场景和数据底板,开发了包含工程管理、监测管理、资料分析、监测预警、巡视检查、三维展示等功能的藻渡水库工程安全智能分析预警系统。该系统针对水库枢纽工程和输水工程结构特点、安全隐患与薄弱环节,建立安全状态分析模型,并采用数据融合、数据挖掘、机器学习等手段,实现了对工程安全性态演化趋势的分析预测,输入预测成果后,系统可调用安全预警模型以及工程险情、决策会商、专家经验等有关知识,对工程安全隐患进行分级预警,快速捕捉异常部位和及时发布预警信息,保障工程安全稳定运行,支撑水库发挥综合效益。

         

        Abstract: In order to improve the standardization level of safety monitoring and management of the Zaodu Reservoir Project, and enhance the efficiency of safety monitoring and management, this paper developed a Zaodu Reservoir Project safety intelligent analysis and warning system based on the engineering safety monitoring automation system and other systems or functions. The system includes engineering management, monitoring management, data analysis, monitoring warning, patrol inspection, 3D display and other functions, based on the two dimensional and three dimensional visualization scene and data base plate of the Zaodu Reservoir hub project and water conveyance project. The system has established a safety status analysis model based on the structural characteristics, safety hazards, and weak links of reservoir hub projects and water conveyance projects. Data fusion, data mining, machine learning, and other methods are used to analyze and predict the evolution trend of engineering safety status. With the prediction results as input, the safety warning model and relevant knowledge such as engineering hazards, decision-making consultation, and expert experience are called up to classify and warn of engineering safety hazards, quickly capture abnormal parts, and timely release warning information, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the project and supporting the comprehensive benefits of the reservoir.
