Abstract:
Water conservancy project bidding activities need to invest a lot of manpower and financial resources, the cost is high, and some key links are affected by human factors. Aiming at the practical problems in the work, this paper proposes an intelligent bid management system based on big data perception. The system establishes an intelligent management platform that collects and saves all kinds of data in the whole process from the recommendation of beacon information, the preparation of business documents to the standardized management of the bidding process, and initially integrates integrated bidding digital services such as online editing, data collaboration and authority control. Through the analysis of massive historical bidding data by machine learning algorithms, the system enables accurate prediction of project bidding success rates, with real-time tracking of market dynamics and competitor strategy analysis. Consequently, dynamic optimization of resource allocation is achieved, and the optimal bidding strategy is intelligently recommended. This not only improves the flexibility and efficiency of bidding work, but also provides sufficient basis for enterprises to make quick bidding analysis and decision by strengthening data security and team collaboration, achieving an annual cost savings of 56 million yuan. These improvements can help secure a stronger competitive advantage in the market and promote the transformation of the water conservancy industry towards data-driven intelligent operation.
