      董铺-大房郢水库智能调度管理系统构建及应用

      Construction and application of intelligent dispatching management system of Dongpu-Dafangying Reservoir

      • 摘要: 近年来,安徽巢湖流域面临极端天气事件频发、高发态势的挑战。在此背景下,进一步提升董铺-大房郢水库等巢湖支流关键水利工程的防洪调度能力,打造面向水库防洪“四预”(预报、预警、预演、预案)的数字孪生水利工程体系尤为重要。智能调度系统作为数字孪生管控平台的核心模块,集成防洪与供水调度模型,支撑精准调度决策。分别建立综合考虑下游防洪安全以及水库和大坝安全的水库典型洪水调度和实时调度耦合计算模型,并基于双目标优化的供水调度模型,使用“7·20郑州特大暴雨”数据验证防洪调度模型,改进模型的洪水预报精度达到80%,对比传统方法提升60%。模型的建立可为水库防洪的“四预”提供重要的技术与数据支撑,保障董铺和大房郢水库的防汛与供水安全。

         

        Abstract: In recent years, extreme weather events have occurred frequently in Chaohu Lake Basin of Anhui Province.Against this backdrop, enhancing the flood control and scheduling capabilities of key water conservancy projects like the Dongpu-Dafangying Reservoir, a tributary of Chaohu Lake, is crucial for establishing a digital twin water conservancy system that supports the "Four Preparations" (forecast, warning, drill, and contingency plan) for reservoir flood prevention.As the core module of the digital twin management and control platform, the intelligent dispatching system integrates flood control and water supply scheduling models to support accurate scheduling decisions. A coupling calculation model of typical flood dispatching and real-time dispatching of reservoirs considering the safety of downstream flood control and the safety of reservoirs and dams was established, a water supply dispatching model based on dual-objective optimization was established, and the flood control dispatching model wsa verified by using the data of "Zhengzhou Heavy Rainstorm on July 20", and the flood forecasting accuracy of the improved model results reached 80%, which was 60% higher than that of the traditional method, and the water supply dispatching model was improved.The establishment of these models can provide important technical and data support for the "Four Preparations" of reservoir flood control, so as to ensure the flood control and water supply safety of Dongpu and Dafangying reservoirs.
