      上游水利工程影响下南盘江洪水还原分析

      Flood restoration analysis in lower Nanpang River affected by upstream water conservancy projects

      • 摘要: 南盘江干流受各类水利工程建设影响,流域内的产、汇流条件改变明显,干流上的沾益站、西桥站实测水文资料不具有一致性。通过对水文站的洪水还原,对比天然与实测洪水的差异,得出南盘江上段各时期、各类型水利工程对下游洪水的影响程度。洪水还原采用物理意义明确的分项调查法,对各项主要影响因素逐一进行还原。南盘江上游水利工程建设对下游洪水的影响为①沾益站受上游水库调蓄影响,洪水削减幅度为30%~35%;②西桥站在河道治理前同时受到上游水库调蓄和洪水漫滩影响,洪峰削减幅度高达39.7%;③西桥站在河道治理后主要受到上游水库调蓄影响,洪峰削减23.5%。分析成果可为区域工程建设、水文预报、水库群联合调度及河道管理提供一定的参考。

         

        Abstract: Affected by various water conservancy projects, the runoff yield and concentration within the Nanpan River basin have significantly changed.The measured hydrological data of Zhanyi Station and Xiqiao Station on the main stream of Nanpan River was inconsistent.By restoring floods at hydrological stations and comparing the differences between natural and measured floods, the impact of various periods and types of water conservancy projects in the upper reaches of Nanpan River on downstream floods had been determined.Physical meaning of specific itemized survey method were adopted to restore each major influencing factor one by one for flood restoration.The impact of water conservancy engineering construction in the upper reaches of Nanpan River on downstream floods were as below.The Zhanyi Station was affected by the upstream reservoir′s regulation and storage, with a flood reduction range of 30% to 35%.Xiqiao Station was affected by both upstream reservoir regulation and floodplain before river regulation, resulting in a 39.7% reduction in flood peak.Xiqiao Station was mainly affected by the upstream reservoir regulation, with a peak flood reduction of 23.5%.The results of analysis can provide a reference for engineering construction, hydrological forecasting models, joint operation of reservoir groups, and river management.
