      基于紧凑度指数的地下电站主厂房规模定量评价研究

      Quantitative evaluation research on underground power station main plant scale based on compactness index

      • 摘要: 为建立科学量化的地下电站厂房规模定量评价体系,提高工程设计的安全性和经济性,提出基于单机组段水轮机机组当量体积与主厂房开挖体积之比的紧凑度指数概念,统计分析三峡、白鹤滩等20座典型水电站地下厂房工程数据,并结合正态分布函数分布区间定义,建立了涵盖宽松型(紧凑度指数<2.73%)、适中型(紧凑度指数2.73%~4.57%)、紧凑型(紧凑度指数>4.57%)三级的厂房规模定量评价标准。以乌东德水电站右岸地下电站主厂房为例进行定量评价,结果表明:该厂房紧凑度指数为5.39%,主厂房规模为紧凑型,评价结果与现场实际设计较吻合。紧凑度指数可有效量化水轮机机组体积占主厂房空间大小,所建分级标准可定量评价地下电站主厂房规模,为主厂房安全经济布置提供优化方向。

         

        Abstract: To establish a scientific and quantitative evaluation system for the scale of underground power station buildings, with the aim of enhancing the safety and economy of engineering design.The concept of compactness index based on the equivalent volume ratio of a single turbine unit to the excavation volume of the main power house was proposed.Through statistical analysis of data from 20 typical underground powerhouse projects of hydropower stations such as Three Gorges and Baihetan, and combined with the definition of the distribution interval of the normal distribution function, a quantitative evaluation standard for power house scale covering three levels: loose (scale of main plant building <2.73%), moderate (2.73% ≤ scale of main plant building ≤4.57%), and compact (scale of main plant building >4.57%) was established.Taking the main powerhouse of the right bank underground power station of the Wudongde Hydropower Station as an example for quantitative evaluation.The results showed that its compactness index was 5.39%, which was in the compact range.The scale of the main power house was a compact power house, and the evaluation results were in good agreement with the actual design on site.The compactness index could effectively quantify the size of the water turbine unit occupying the space of the main power plant, and the established grading standards could quantitatively evaluate the scale of the underground power plant main power plant, providing an optimization directions for the safe and economic layout of the main power plant.
