      成型方式和尺寸效应对沥青混凝土弯曲性能影响研究

      Influence research on forming methods and size effects on flexural performance of asphalt concrete

      • 摘要: 为研究成型方式和尺寸效应对沥青混凝土弯曲性能的影响,以乌斯通沟水库沥青混凝土心墙坝为研究对象,开展沥青混凝土大梁弯曲试验,并将大梁弯曲试件、室内成型小梁弯曲试件和现场碾压成型取芯小梁试件的弯曲试验结果进行对比。结果表明:①现场成型取芯小梁较室内成型小梁的抗弯强度降低8%,抗弯强度对应弯曲应变提高12%,弯曲模量降低20%。②与现场摊铺芯样对比,沥青混凝土大梁弯曲强度增长27%,弯曲应变提升44%,弯曲模量下降14%。③从应变梯度理论角度分析了3种不同试验结果的差异,大梁弯曲的屈服强度较小梁弯曲提高了16%,与理论范围相符。研究成果可为沥青混凝土尺寸效应研究提供参考。

         

        Abstract: To study the influence of forming methods and size effects on the flexural performance of asphalt concrete, we conducted large beam bending tests on asphalt concrete in combination with the asphalt concrete wall dam project at Wusitonggou Reservoir.The test results were compared among large beam bending specimens, laboratory-formed small beam bending specimens, and field-compacted core small beam bending specimens.The results showed that: The bending strength of the on-site forming coring trabecular bending test results was 8% lower than that of indoor molding, the corresponding bending strain of bending strength was 12% higher, and the flexural modulus was 20% lower.When compared with field-paved core samples, the large-scale asphalt concrete beam demonstrated a 27% increase in bending strength, 44% growth in deformation, and a 14% reduction in flexural modulus.From the perspective of strain gradient theory, the differences among the three test results were analyzed.The yield strength of large beam bending was found to be 16% higher than that of small beam bending, which falls within the theoretical predicted range.The research findings can serve as a reference for future studies on the size effect of asphalt concrete.
