      利用再生水补给山地城市河流环境流量的研究

      Study on environmental flow replenishment for urban rivers in mountainous cities using reclaimed water

      • 摘要: 城市化河流面临着满足环境流量需求和维持河流生态健康以保障水环境可持续性的挑战。以重庆桃花溪为例,采用Tennant法确定环境流量,运用MIKE11水动力-水质模型模拟不同情景下再生水补给环境流量对河流流量和水质的影响,并与调水补给进行比较。结果表明:城市化对河流环境流量提出了更高要求,而河流枯水期流量的减少趋势给河流生态系统带来压力;再生水补给可使各断面不满足“极佳”“优良”环境流量的频次分别减少44%和75%,对缓解生态敏感期缺水程度和历时具有显著作用;再生水辅以调水补给可确保桃花溪满足各类环境流量要求,但补水对本底水质良好的河段存在污染风险;流量补给与水质改善效果取决于补给水的水量和水质,尤其是污水处理厂出水标准。研究成果可为决策部门制定城市河流可持续保障方案提供依据,研究方法也可为其他城市的河流管理实践提供参考。

         

        Abstract: Urban rivers face the challenge of maintaining environmental flow to ensure the sustainability of the water environment.Taking Taohuaxi River in Chongqing as a case study, this paper determined the environmental flow using the Tennant method.MIKE11 model was employed to simulate changes in river flow enhancement and water quality improvement under different scenarios.This approach aimed to explore the effects of reclaimed water replenishment on environmental flow and compare it with the inter-basin water transfer scheme.The results indicate that urbanization has increased demands on river flow, while the declining trend in dry season flow has exerted significant pressure on the riverine ecosystem.Reclaimed water replenishment can reduce the frequency of river flow falling below excellent and good standards by 44% and 75%, respectively, thereby significantly alleviating both the severity and duration of water shortages during ecologically sensitive periods.Reclaimed water, with water transfer as supplementation, can ensure that the Taohuaxi River satisfies diverse environmental flow requirements.However, the water replenishment may introduce pollution risks to river sections with good background water quality.The effectiveness of flow replenishment and water quality improvement hinges on the quantity and quality of the replenishing water, particularly the effluent standards of wastewater treatment plants.The findings of this study can serve as a scientific basis for decision-making authorities in the development of sustainable protection plans for urban rivers.The methodologies employed may offer references for river management practices in other cities.
