      大坝闸门前淤堵物破碎清理集成作业装置设计及应用

      Design and application of integrated operation device for clogging crushing and cleaning in front of dam gate

      • 摘要: 水库大坝闸门前淤堵块石、树干等物体会导致闸门无法正常启闭, 影响工程安全运行。针对闸门前淤堵物清理的现实需求及技术难点, 基于结构计算和数值模拟, 设计了一种闸门前淤堵物破碎清理集成作业装置。装置由破碎锤、抓爪、启闭油缸、升降油缸、升降体等组成, 兼具破碎和抓取两种功能, 可用于高效清除淤堵物。在试验室及陆水水库现场对该装置开展了性能测试及应用, 结果表明:该淤堵物破碎清理集成作业装置可在短时间内完成淤堵物破碎与抓取, 满足破碎清理应用需求。

         

        Abstract: The blockage of rocks, tree trunks and other objects in front of the reservoir dam gate will lead to the failure of the gate from opening and closing normally, which will affect the safe operation of the project. Aiming at the practical needs and technical difficulties of clogging cleaning in front of the gate, an integrated operation device for clogging crushing and cleaning was designed based on numerical simulation and structural calculation. The device was composed of crushing hammer, claw, opening/closing cylinder, lifting cylinder, lifting body, etc. It had both crushing and grasping functions and could be used to effectively remove the clogging. The performance test and application were carried out in the laboratory and Lushui Reservoir. The results showed that the designed clogging crushing and cleaning integrated operation device completed the crushing and grabbing of clogging in a short time, and met the application requirements of crushing and cleaning.
