      基于层次分析法的水利测雨雷达选址研究

      Study on AHP-based site selection for hydrological precipitation radar

      • 摘要: 为提高水利测雨雷达的选址效率与科学性, 提出基于层次分析法(AHP)的量化选址方法, 按照“刚性和弹性”双阶段决策框架对影响水利测雨雷达选址的8个关键要素权重进行分析计算, 结合构建的选址评价指标体系, 完成水利测雨雷达站址量化分析和选定, 并以万家寨水利枢纽测雨雷达选址为例进行实例验证。结果表明:净空、地质、电磁、用地为测雨雷达选址的4个核心否决性要素, AHP量化模型可避免站址选择出现偏差。研究成果可为水利测雨雷达选址提供参考。

         

        Abstract: To improve the efficiency and scientificity of the site selection for hydrological rainfall radar, this study proposed a quantitative siting methodology based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Utilizing a dual-phase decision-making framework of "rigidity and elasticity", the methodology calculated the weights of eight key factors influencing radar siting and established a comprehensive evaluation index system. Based on the constructed site selection evaluation system, we conducted a systematic quantitative analysis and optimal site selection, and provided an example for the site selection of the Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Hub rainfall radar for practical verification. The findings reveal that sight conditions, geological stability, electromagnetic environment, and land use suitability constitute the four core disqualifying factors. The AHP quantitative model can avoid site selection bias and provide references for the hydrological rain-measuring radar networks construction.
