      中小型灌区数字孪生系统建设路径研究与应用

      Research and application on construction path of digital twin system for small and medium-sized irrigation districts

      • 摘要: 针对中小型灌区信息化建设面临基础设施薄弱、协同水平低、业务赋能不足、缺乏顶层设计等问题, 提出了中小型灌区数字孪生系统建设架构并探讨了其实施路径和关键技术。以四川省木桥沟中型水库灌区为试点, 构建灌区数字孪生系统。结果表明:运用该系统管理可以实现闸门响应延迟<2 s, 水资源配置模拟计算时长<1 min, 洪水预演效率提升80%, 有效支撑了灌区水资源调度和工程运行管理业务, 可为类似工程提供参考。

         

        Abstract: In response to the challenges faced by information construction in small and medium-sized irrigation districts, such as weak infrastructure, low collaboration levels, insufficient business empowerment, and lack of top-level design, this paper proposed a construction framework for a digital twin system in small and medium-sized irrigation districts, and conducted a preliminary discussion on the key technologies and implementation paths. Taking the medium-sized reservoir irrigation district of Muqiaogou in Sichuan Province as a research subject, a digital twin system for the irrigation district was constructed. The results showed that using this system for management achieved a gate response delay of less than 2 seconds, a water resource allocation simulation calculation time of less than 1 minute, and an 80% improvement in flood rehearsal efficiency. The digital twin system effectively supported water resource scheduling in the irrigation district, as well as engineering operation and management services. The results could provide a reference for similar projects.
