Abstract:
Recycled water utilization is one of the key ways to achieve sustainable management of water resources, and it plays an irreplaceable role in alleviating water shortages, reducing environmental pollution, and promoting green and low-carbon development. At present, the pricing of recycled water is difficult, there is a cost inversion, and the government guarantees the situation. Recycled water has not yet formed a benign market operation mechanism, resulting in a low total amount of recycled water utilization, slow construction of recycled water utilization facilities, and low marketization. Based on the influencing factors of recycled water pricing, this study constructed a model of resource , engineering and environmental water prices based on comprehensive fuzzy mathematics and hierarchical analysis. It also applied the model with a sewage treatment plant in Chongqing as an example, providing reference for the formulation and implementation of urban recycled water prices.
