      面向高原山区河流洪水风险的地理空间数据底板构建关键技术及应用

      Key Technology and Application of Flood Risk Geospatial Data Baseplate Construction for Plateau Mountain Rivers

      • 摘要: 构建一体化地理空间数据底板是洪水风险分析计算、精细化数字场景构建和洪水风险动态模拟的重要基础和支撑。本文以云南省重要防洪保护区大盈江流域盈江县城段为研究区域。结合现有洪水灾害数据现状,面向洪水风险实时动态推演建设要求,提出了构建洪水风险地理空间数据底板的关键技术及方法。本文开展河道断面、高精度地形地貌、倾斜摄影影像、激光点云、工程或建筑物等数据采集,进行多源异构数据精度控制与融合处理、地理空间数据轻量化处理、数字场景精细化构建,建成支撑洪水风险动态推演的地理空间数据底板,为实现实时动态洪水风险数字孪生奠定了重要基础。

         

        Abstract: Building an integrated geospatial data baseplate is an important foundation and support for flood risk analysis and calculation, refined digital scene construction and flood risk dynamic simulation. The paper takes Yingjiang County section of Dayingjiang River Basin, an important flood protection area in Yunnan Province, as the research area. Combined with the current situation of flood disaster data, the key technologies and methods of Constructing Flood Risk geospatial data baseplate are proposed for the construction requirements of flood risk real-time dynamic deduction. The paper carries out data acquisition of river section, high-precision topography, oblique photographic images, laser point clouds, projects or buildings, carries out precision control and fusion processing of multi-source heterogeneous data, lightweight processing of geospatial data, and fine construction of digital scenes, and builds a geospatial data baseplate to support the dynamic deduction of flood risk, which lays an important foundation for realizing the digital twin of real-time dynamic flood risk.
