      基于数字孪生的西藏高原流域防洪四预系统设计与实现

      • 摘要: 为提升高原地区夏季暴雨加融雪的复杂来水环境下防洪安全应对能力,依托数字孪生技术,结合流域防洪业务需求,研究了西藏中曲流域基于高山融雪的洪水预报、基于阈值比对的防洪预警、基于关键河道的洪水预演和基于高度定制的防洪预案等关键技术,构建了数字孪生中曲流域防洪四预系统。研究结果表明:通过定制防洪“四预”分析模型,搭建数字孪生平台系统,可实现物理流域与数字流域要素的精准映射和洪水过程的同步模拟,显著提升高原复杂来水环境下的防洪安全保障能力。
         

         

        Abstract: In order to enhance flood control safety response capabilities in plateau regions under complex water inflow conditions of summer rainstorms combined with snowmelt, relying on digital twin technology and considering the operational needs of watershed flood control, this study investigated key technologies for the Zhongqu River Basin in Tibet. These include snowmelt-based flood forecasting, threshold comparison-based flood warning, critical channel-based flood scenario simulation, and highly customized flood control plans. A digital twin-based "Four Predictions" (forecasting, early warning, pre-simulation, and plan formulation) flood control system was developed for the Zhongqu River Basin. Research results demonstrate that by customizing flood control "Four Predictions" analytical models and constructing a digital twin platform system, precise mapping between physical and digital watershed elements can be achieved along with synchronized simulation of flood processes, significantly enhancing flood control safety assurance capabilities under complex water inflow conditions in plateau regions.
