Abstract:
The water diversion project is characterized by large project scale, long construction period, complex construction conditions, and difficult coordination. In order to solve the problems of asymmetric information, lagging data update, and inability to dynamically adjust existing in the traditional schedule management, taking Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project as an example, by integrating the BIM+GIS technology with the schedule management business, data sharing standards and channels were established, and construction efficiency calculation were used to dynamically deduce the construction and subsequent engineering progress. The results showed that lagging lines were timely warned with this technology.Besides, in combination with the visual expression of BIM+GIS, the efficiency of project schedule analysis and decision-making was improved, helping the project to be completed safely and efficiently. This research result can provide a references for the progress management of water diversion projects.
