      Key Technology and Application of Flood Risk Geospatial Data Baseplate Construction for Plateau Mountain Rivers

      • Building an integrated geospatial data baseplate is an important foundation and support for flood risk analysis and calculation, refined digital scene construction and flood risk dynamic simulation. The paper takes Yingjiang County section of Dayingjiang River Basin, an important flood protection area in Yunnan Province, as the research area. Combined with the current situation of flood disaster data, the key technologies and methods of Constructing Flood Risk geospatial data baseplate are proposed for the construction requirements of flood risk real-time dynamic deduction. The paper carries out data acquisition of river section, high-precision topography, oblique photographic images, laser point clouds, projects or buildings, carries out precision control and fusion processing of multi-source heterogeneous data, lightweight processing of geospatial data, and fine construction of digital scenes, and builds a geospatial data baseplate to support the dynamic deduction of flood risk, which lays an important foundation for realizing the digital twin of real-time dynamic flood risk.
